Phat Pho Vietnamese Restaurant in Robinsons Galleria Cebu

Hey there, fellow foodies! Today, I’m super excited to share my first-ever experience at Phat Pho Vietnamese Restaurant in Robinsons Galleria Cebu with my family. It was a culinary adventure like no other, filled with mouthwatering aromas, fresh ingredients, and tastes that transported us straight to Vietnam. Join me as I take you on a delicious journey through this charming eatery and the unique flavors it has to offer!

Nestled in the heart of Robinsons Galleria Cebu, Phat Pho immediately caught our attention with its vibrant and inviting ambiance. From the moment we stepped inside, the restaurant’s warm décor and friendly staff made us feel right at home. These are some of the food we ordered, as far as I remember:

Goi Cuon: Summer Rolls of Freshness: Next up were the “Goi Cuon” or Vietnamese summer rolls. These rice paper rolls were packed with a medley of flavors and textures, featuring succulent shrimp, vermicelli noodles, crisp lettuce, and fragrant herbs. The peanut dipping sauce added a nutty and sweet touch, making these rolls a refreshing and healthy appetizer.

Banh Mi: A Flavor Explosion: The “Banh Mi” sandwich was a true flavor explosion in our mouths. The crusty baguette was filled with marinated grilled pork, pickled carrots and daikon, cucumber, cilantro, and a drizzle of spicy mayo. Each bite was a perfect blend of savory, sweet, tangy, and spicy, making it an instant favorite for all of us.

Bun Cha: A Grilled Delight: One dish that stole our hearts was the “Bun Cha” – a delectable combination of grilled pork, vermicelli noodles, and a dipping sauce that was a balance of sweet and savory. The smoky flavors of the grilled meat paired perfectly with the freshness of the noodles and herbs, making it a delightful main course.

Sweet Endings: As we savored the last bites of our main course, we couldn’t resist trying some traditional Vietnamese desserts. The “Che” – a sweet dessert soup with coconut milk and various beans and jellies – and the refreshing “Ca Phe Sua Da” – Vietnamese iced coffee – brought our meal to a sweet and satisfying conclusion.

Conclusion: Our first experience at Phat Pho Vietnamese Restaurant was an unforgettable journey through the rich and diverse flavors of Vietnam. From the warm hospitality to the mouthwatering dishes, every moment was filled with joy and appreciation for Vietnamese cuisine. Dining with my family made it even more special, and I can’t wait to go back and explore more of their menu. If you’re ever in Cebu and looking for an authentic Vietnamese culinary adventure, Phat Pho is the place to be!
