Bluewater Maribago Beach Resort is one of the most stunning beachfront properties in Mactan Island, Cebu, Philippines. The resort is known for its powdery white sand, crystal clear waters, and world-class amenities. It is a perfect destination for vacationers, honeymooners, and even business travelers.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bluewater Maribago Beach Resort, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I stepped into the resort, I was greeted with warm smiles from the staff, which made me feel at home. The lobby area was spacious and well-lit, with elegant and modern décor.
Our room was located on the ground floor and had a lovely garden view. It was spacious, well-furnished, and had all the modern amenities one could ask for, including a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a mini-fridge. The bed was large and comfortable, and I loved the fact that it had a mosquito net, which made me feel more secure during the night.
The bathroom was spacious and modern, with a large shower area, a bathtub, and a separate toilet area. The toiletries provided were of high quality, and the towels were fluffy and absorbent. The Allegro Restaurant, which is the main restaurant, serves a buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The buffet spread was impressive, with a wide range of dishes, including Filipino, Japanese, Chinese, and Western cuisine. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared, and the service was excellent.
I also tried the resort’s other restaurants, including the Cove, which offers seafood dishes, and the Molto Italiano, which serves authentic Italian cuisine. Both restaurants had excellent food, and the service was top-notch.
THE POOL
The resort has three swimming pools in total, each with a unique design and ambiance. The main pool is located near the lobby and is surrounded by lush gardens and tropical foliage, creating a serene and tranquil atmosphere. The pool is perfect for a refreshing swim or lounging on one of the many sun loungers available poolside.
The resort’s infinity pool is one of its main attractions, located on a deck overlooking the ocean. The pool offers a stunning panoramic view of the sea and the nearby islands, making it an ideal spot to watch the sunset. The infinity pool is quite large and has a swim-up bar, where you can enjoy a refreshing drink while you soak in the stunning views.
The resort also has a kiddie pool, which is located near the main pool. The kiddie pool is perfect for young children to splash around in, and it is shallow enough to ensure their safety.
