One of my favorite dishes was the squash and malunggay soup, made with ingredients straight from the farm. It was creamy and comforting, with a subtle hint of sweetness from the squash. I also loved the pesto pasta, made with homemade pesto and topped with crispy garlic chips. And of course, I couldn’t leave without trying their famous ice cream, made with unconventional flavors like malunggay and spicy ginger.
